Founded 2013 by Brent Savage and Nick Hildebrandt of the Bentley Group, transitioned to vegetarian in 2016 in the corner-store building on Macleay Street, Potts Point, and sold in March 2024 to longtime head chef Sander Nooij and business partner Mark Hanover, who now run it. Two hats: the first vegan restaurant in the country to receive that rating in the Good Food Guide. Tasting menu only; the wine list is local and low-intervention to match.
